<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2">他們的人生就如童話般潔淨，永遠不會出錯．優秀的學歷，良好的工作，在朋友面前祗談國際要聞﹑投資之道，在他們的人生中，最大的玩樂恐怕是去晨運或吃健康餐．如果你還想不出誰是 Mr. Clean，請想想那個在小學時期裡，總是對老師唯命是從的班長．</font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2">一直無法喜歡 Macallan
的威士忌．不管是那枝在酒吧中常見，被視為「比 Jonnie Walker Black Label 更有品味」的The Macallan 12 年，那枝 2004 whisky of the year，在韓國長年供不應求的The Macallan 18 年，或是那枝在免稅店中被人放上神枱的 The Macallan 25 年．</font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2">令人難以忘懷的酒，一般都是個性特強，性格鮮明的，這樣的酒，即使有缺憾，也不會影響它的魅力．不喜歡Macallan，不是因為它不好，反而是因為酒商把它造得太標準，太 Clean 了．事事追求完美﹑均衡，反而變得兩不相好．</font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2"><strong>Comment:</strong> A lot of oak,
citrus, and spices. Concentrated, I would recommend adding a drop of water to
open the flavours.</font></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><font size="2"><strong>Overall: </strong>Technically
perfect, but boring.</font></p>

<title><![CDATA[The Famous Grouse Finest - 只想到處跑跑]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2">對喝酒太過認真，有時反而錯過了飲酒的基本樂趣．</font></p>  <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2">有些人能以十種二十種味道去描述一枝酒，把一杯酒分六七個小時來喝，在一個晚上同時品嚐過十種餐酒．</font></p>  <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2">懂得欣賞的，固然樂在其中．但要花太多精力去作分析的，我可不覺得是飲酒的基本樂趣．</font></p>  <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2">有做運動的人都知道，隨便到處跑跑，做做運動，是很開心的．但是，當你開始在技術層面上有所追求，當你開始留意你在運動過程中的心跳率﹑跑每一公里路的時速，為跑步而改變日常的飲食習慣時，你會發現，當初的樂趣已經變了質．</font></p>    <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2">在良朋好友相伴下，不加思索，大啖大啖喝著好喝的酒，這才是飲酒的基本樂趣．</font></p>    <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2">一時找不到這樣的場合？不要緊，去買一枝 Famous Grouse Finest 吧．蘇格蘭最暢銷的威士忌之一，免稅店裡只賣 $120 HKD 的它當然不會是 The Finest Whisky of Scotland．但這枝味道恰到好處，極為均衡的『威雀』，卻總是令人們不加思索地把它喝下去，在簡單的味道，及短暫的結尾中重拾飲酒的樂趣．</font></p>  <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2"><a href="http://alan__k.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=14724&amp;resource=949706-famous%20grouse.jpg"><div style="text-align: center"><img src="http://alan__k.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=14724&amp;resource=949706-famous%20grouse.jpg&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></div></a></font> <font size="2"><br /></font></p>  <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline"><font size="2">The Famous Grouse Finest (40%, 700 ml)</font></p>  <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2"><span style="font-weight: bold">Price: </span>$100-500 HKD</font></p>  <p class="MsoNormal" style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><font size="2"><span style="font-weight: bold">Comment:</span> Light bodied, it showed some alcohol on the nose. Nuts, sweet malt, aromatic wood characters, a bit of everything really. <title><![CDATA[Caol Ila 12 years old (43%, OB, 200 ml) – 重新開始]]></title>

	<description><![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal">Caol Ila，在 Gaelic 裡是 Sound of Islay 的意思．Islay？？它是位於蘇格蘭西部的一個島，島上只有三千名居民及八家威士忌酒厰，若沒有這幾家厰，恐怕大半數的島民已失業，而到當地朝聖的遊客也將會被減半．</p>  <p class="MsoNormal">「若你去 Islay 島旅行，你肯定 depressed 得要自殺．」有一次女友邊看著圖片，邊對我說．</p>  <p class="MsoNormal">若真的到了艾雷島，我想我應不會感到太悲傷，因為，我喜歡 Islay Whisky (蘇格蘭威士忌叫 whisky，愛爾蘭威士忌是 whiskey)，喜歡它的強烈泥煤及煙燻味．夠濃夠勁，就如他們常說的：Love it or hate it！</p>    <p class="MsoNormal">若問一位地道的蘇格蘭人，叫他介紹一枝威士忌給 Beginners，他大概會由淡口的 Lowland 開始，經過 Highland﹑Speyside﹑Skye，最後才取出口味最濃的 Islay．但是，正如大部份人也是先去喜歡重味道的食物﹑高亢的樂曲一樣，結果過半數的新酒客在一開始時已為這小島的烈酒著迷．</p>    <p class="MsoNormal">重新開始，不一定是去否定過去，也可以是在固有的基礎上去改變．就如 Caol Ila，它從不去追求變成艾雷島上最強勁的 Whisky，卻在 1972 年關閉﹑1974 年重建後得到更多人的欣賞及支持．</p>  <p class="MsoNormal"><a href="http://alan__k.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=14724&amp;resource=925828-Caol%20Ila2.jpg"><div style="text-align: center"><img src="http://alan__k.mysinablog.com/resserver.php?blogId=14724&amp;resource=925828-Caol%20Ila2.jpg&amp;mode=medium" border="0" alt="Picture" hspace="5" vspace="5" /></div></a> <br /></p>  <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Caol Ila 12 years old (43%, OB, 200 ml)</strong></p>  <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Price:</strong> $100-500 HKD</p>  <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Comment:</strong> A smoky malt. Slighty oily, but on the whole, this is an elegant whisky which grows on you with each sip. The finish is a typical Islay one, being surprisingly long, complex, and peaty. A classy whisky.
